In his 1876 “Oration in Memory of Lincoln” he recapitulated that intellectual and emotional journey for the benefit of all Americans.Diana Schaub is Professor of Political Science at Loyola University Maryland, Visiting Professor of Political Theory in the Government Department at Harvard University, and a Visiting Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. She was the Garwood Teaching Fellow at Princeton University in 2011-12.
